Every Goslabi Challenge Contestant who reaches the $20 mark in finding sponsorship for their spoon receives a free "I took the Goslabi Challenge" t-shirt.

If you chose the third option (individual), you are in the wrong spot. You need to use the individual sign up form here. Only use this sign up sheet if you plan on having more than one person eating a spoonful of goslabi in your video.

Every group entry needs a designated captain (it's okay to continue if you aren't that person.) The captain is the person that we (the DGW crew) will deal with directly if you need help orchestrating your group goslabi challenge.

Why do we need your phone number? Even if you aren't the captain, we will need to help you get the rest of the team signed up. This is most easily explained over the phone.

You can name your group anything you like. It's best if you keep it clean and short. Ex: Team DGW, Team Goslabi, The Yarn-cats, The Fab Five, etc.

Sponsorship Information

The goal of the Goslabi Challenge is to find sponsorship for every spoon of wasabi eaten on camera. We will help you find sponsors, but you and the other members of your group will be primarily responsible for reaching out to your friends and family for sponsorship. We will help by sending a DGW DVD to every $10 sponsor you find, and by setting up your personal fundraising page on the our homepage. And remember, by raising at least $20, you will receive an "I Took the Goslabi Challenge" t-shirt.
